How long does shipping take for lifeguard uniforms?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Custom embroidered or screen-printed apparel may require an additional 7-10 business days for processing.

Can I return rescue equipment if it has been used in water?

For safety and hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on equipment in its original, unused condition with tags attached. Once an item has been submerged or used in a pool environment, it is no longer eligible for return.

Do you offer bulk discounts for municipal pools or waterparks?

Yes, we offer competitive volume pricing for facilities, swim teams, and government agencies. Please contact our sales team directly for a custom quote on large orders.

Are your whistles and rescue tubes certified by safety agencies?

Absolutely. All our rescue tubes, whistles, and life jackets meet or exceed the standards set by the American Red Cross, YMCA, and USCG where applicable.

What payment methods do you accept for facility orders?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. For schools and government organizations, we also accept official Purchase Orders (POs) pending credit approval.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
